The Company is managed by Addison Fund GP, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the “Manager”) which manages real estate portfolios to pursue select investment objectives. The principal tenets of the Manager’s philosophy are common to each of its portfolios and the approach it will employ to operate the Company. Mark has worked in Financial Services for Western Southern and Black Bull Capital before coming to work with the Addison Fund GP, LLC. Mark has spent the past 20 years working in ministry in the Cincinnati, OH area. Mark has 3 children and enjoys spending time outside of work with his family.
Max began his career in finance working summers in college from Cigna Financial office in Covington, Kentucky as an intern. After college he earned his Juris Doctorate. Max works in the Green Energy Sectors under the PACE program and develops land in the Cannabis Industry. Max has one son and enjoys spending time coaching lacrosse.
